1 Year Old!!!

It seems like yesterday

I was wondering what it would be like to have a little boy

And to see him holding this little shell in his hands...

Something that was just a momento

of my pregnancy with him...

Sure enough this moment came by a lot faster

than I thought it would ;-)

Oh Ian, you truly are a blessing...a gracious gift from God!!!

You have brought so much life to our family.

Thank you for your sweet snuggles

that make time stand still...

And for showing me that,

"dreams"

are so worth waiting for!!!

My Baby's Walking!!!

Where has the time gone...

I was just fully pregnant this time last year

and now my big boy is growing up so FAST

and is now WALKING!!!

Mr. Ian wanted to show up his big sisters and start

walking at 11 months instead of 12...

We were vacationing with my older brother's family

which provided lots of "little helping hands"

Needless to say he got LOTS of walking practice

and is now doing very well himself ;-)

10 Month Old little grom...

Ian has started his introduction to the world of skateboarding...

I knew it wasn't going to be much longer

since we have skateboards all over the house

and he sees daddy skating outside ;-)

6 teeth at 10 months...the eye teeth just broke through...

My happy little guy!!!

Already starting to be a little chatterbox...

Saying...momma, dada, hi daddy, hi sissy, k-k, nah-nah,

mom-mom, pa, ba-ba, uh-oh, num-num, hello, all done,

birdie, i-luz-u, and was-sat (what's that)...

To Live For!!!

Ready to jump right in clapping and dancing

when someone is singing

or the music is on...

And is ready to be on the mooove...

I think he wants to keep up with the BIG sisters ;-)

He has been practicing standing on his own

and as of yesterday......has started taking

his 1st BIG step...

I can't believe my baby is growing up so fast :(

7 and 8 Months Old...

We have been enjoying each stage

of mr. Ians 1st year!

7 months has been filled

with lots of crawling around...

and of course attacking big sisters ;-)

5 and 6 Months Old...better late than never...

Ian, loves to roll All over the place,

he's a mover for sure!!!

And is very determined to get his hands on

whatever is in his focus ;-)

6 months has brought about some new beginnings...

like new first teeth

and sitting up all by himself.

Christmas 2010...

Christmas Eve night, when all is still and quiet...

and the last little child has drifted off to sleep...

Just a few hours later,

we were awoken by three little ladies

with bare little piggies...

But low and behold,

those 3 little gifts that were under the tree,

would cover the piggies

of those three little ladies...

(I've started a tradition of giving the girls new slippers

under their little tree Christmas morning)

My Christmas present this year ;-)
